Kam Sahota-Middleton

Kam brings over three decades of professional experience in the financial sector. Through the years, she has held a variety of high impact roles at top banking institutions including Customer Service Manager, Investment Advisor, Financial Planner and Branch Manager. Kam moved from Canada almost 10 years ago. While in Canada has been awarded the highly respected Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, "Kam Sahota-Middleton, has earned her Certified Financial Planning Certificate and is certified to advise on Canadian financial planning matters by the Financial Planning Association of Canada, an Affiliate of Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd."

Kam is dedicated to improving her industry knowledge, she is frequently enrolled in courses to stay abreast of any changes that may impact her clients. Born in the United Kingdom and raised in the Vancouver Canada and now living in West Seattle, Kam has strong ties to community where she continues to live and work.  As lifelong investors and home “flippers”, Kam, and her husband Nevin are very well-versed in-home builds all over Washington state. Secondly, Kam truly understands how important it is to simplify and streamline the entire investment experience for her clients. 

Beyond the office, Kam enjoys time with her sons Jesse and Jonah. Ocean lovers, she, and her husband Nevin have fulfilled their dream of owning a home on the coast and hope to live there full-time in the future. As a family, they also enjoy the outdoors and camping.
